Recently, I had one of those “ah ha” moments. I realized exactly why I fell short in meeting one of my personal goals each year. I felt really silly, too.
Why?
Because it’s something I routinely set in place for my professional goals and skipped over it year after year causing breakdowns in my system of achieving a really important personal goal of mine.

Great video! Follow these four steps and you will indeed achieve your goals. I particularly like the first factor which is establishing a clear direction. Knowing what your goal is and knowing what path to follow is the first step to ensure achieving your goals.
