Giving thanks is a powerful habit. It’s an opportunity to reflect on the good things in life. Giving gratitude is a habit you’ll love to practice. Why?
Gratitude sparks ideas, opportunities, and pathways. It amplifies, acknowledges and appreciates.
As an entrepreneur, it’s an opportunity to focus on the positive aspects of life. It’s such an essential habit that I added a Gratitude Journal to my Excelleration App – so that you can record all of the things you are grateful for each day, each week, or each month.
It’s also a time to acknowledge others, like your team.
This year, I had project teams. My team of trades renovated the Business Innovation Lab. With them, we have a new conference space, CoWorking and Executive Suites. We set the stage to offer a continuum of services to teach thousands of entrepreneurial leader’s how to transform their lives, create high-performance teams, and scale their businesses.
Our IT Team secured high-speed WiFi so guests who have booked our conference facilities have what they need to conduct business. My sign team built our brand new building sign which highlights that our CoWorking and Executive Suites are open for small businesses to lease.
New and creative opportunities are unfolding each and every day. The Conference facilities are being booked, we’ve secured new Sponsor-Partners, added new businesses to our Excelleration and Profitability Lab Mentoring Programs. And, for all of this, I’m deeply grateful.
Each team member adds value through their natural talent, skills, and creativity making it all work. Each day they step into their contribution and that causes a positive ripple effect in the world.
We know that when business owners and their teams are successful, they give back. They give back to non-profits and causes. Those non-profits and causes go out and impact their communities. Those communities become empowered and pay it forward. And, through this ripple effect, we will achieve global peace.
Global peace.
That’s the contribution my team and I step into each and every day. It gives us our context. We know that because business owners take leaps of faith each and every day, global peace can be achieved through them. And, the whole context all started with giving thanks.
The photo above is a small part of that ripple effect. It shows Nancy Maxwell, Founder of Sweet Dreamzzz, our 2018 Fall Charity of Choice for the Wake Up Profitable Boot Camp. They provide sleep education and sleep kits to children, empowering those children to wake up rested each morning so those children can live their mission in life.
Thank you for the contribution you are in the world.
I wish you and yours abundant blessings this Thanksgiving and holiday season.
See you soon!
Create a great life,
