Client’s Team Member: The communication things. I showed my daughter the things you’ve been teaching us and she started using them to resolve issues she’s having with her friend…and it’s working!

Every action we take sends ripples into the world, often reaching far beyond what we can imagine. It’s like dropping a pebble into a pond and watching the waves spread out in all directions.

Sometimes you never really know the ripple effect your work has on others, until you receive feedback. When I think of all of the things that had to happen to see this ripple effect, it is awe-inspiring.

Think about it…

My company had to create a program that added value and got results.
The client had to see the value and say yes to new ways of communicating.
The client’s team member had to be open to learning and using the tools.
As the client’s employee shared the tools, his family had to be open to new ways of communicating.
As the family was open that started a new possible outcome.

As I stand in our Contribution in the World: Business abundance to cause global peace, there are days it seems impossible.
I’ve had many skeptics tell me, “you’ll never see global peace in your lifetime.”
In the difficult days, I buy into that…for a minute.

Then, I’ll remember this moment.
The moment a client’s team member shared his experience.
The moment the client’s team members’s family member benefitted from peace in her life.

It’s in those moments I realize the power of the ripple effect.
One small step creates an interconnected ripple.
Making anything possible.

And, it starts with you having a positive mindset believing in the power of the ripple effect
Believing in how your work is a contribution to others and
Believing in possibilities…
