You can always benefit from better habits. If you want to increase your sales, you get in the habit of learning about your market and pre-qualify your leads. If you want to lose weight you eat sensibly and exercise regularly.

But the way you’re showing up is just as important as having the habit.

Being fearful is a habit.

Being frustrated is a habit.

Being impatient is a habit.

When your team doesn’t do what you expect, is your response to assume they are useless? Or, do you choose to be curious as to what might be missing in their training, the system or your leadership?

When you don’t hit your weight loss goals, do you beat yourself up wallowing in hopelessness? Or, do you choose your next meal powerfully?

Habits are a great way to accomplish things. Once you can see that the way you show up is a habit, your goals are a lot easier to achieve.
