Independence Day is commonly associated with freedom, fireworks, fun, and family. As I reflect on this important day for the United States, I am wonderstruck by the incredible courage it took to become an independent nation.

As I reflect on the skills the founding fathers must have had, I can’t help but wonder the skills necessary to lead in our post-pandemic world.
