Change isn’t always something you plan for. Sometimes it shows up unannounced—and inconvenient.

Recently, we learned through a Facebook post that one of our longtime vendors was closing their business. With less than 60 days’ notice, we were faced with the urgent task of moving more than two decades of data. It was unexpected, disruptive, and, frankly, not how we would have chosen to start our summer.

But as we often remind our clients: disruption can also be a catalyst.

As we shared in our last Excellerator Ezine, we’re taking this opportunity to roll out a full suite of infrastructure improvements. Behind the scenes, we’re working on a fresh new format, enhanced website features, and a redesigned registration system—all with the goal of making your experience with Excellerate Associates and the Business Innovation Lab even more intuitive, powerful, and seamless.
